Bollywood director Siddharth Malhotra is getting ready to direct a new yet untitled film, which is a remake of Hollywood movie ‘Stepmom’ and stars Kajol, Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal in the lead roles. Karan Johar is producing the film under ‘Dharma Productions’ banner. At the moment 3 tentative titles are being though for the film set in Sydney, Australia namely ‘Love You Ma’, ‘We Are Family’ or ‘Maa And Mom’. The film brings back Kajol and Kareena Kapoor together once again after ‘Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gum’. Karan Johar had purchased the remake rights for hit the 1998 film.

The pre production work on the film has already started in Mumbai, and the film unit is getting ready to leave to Sydney, Australia where the almost the entire movie shooting will be done, once Kajol finishes the post production work of yet another film ‘My Name is Khan’ that stars Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan. ‘My Name is Khan’ is being produced and directed by Karan Johar under ‘Dharma Productions’ banner in association with Red Chillies Entertainment of Shah Rukh Khan.

The film will also have English dialogues to entertain the local audience there. Karan Johar stated due to the extensive use of Hindi and English language in the film, the title has not yet been finalized. He is planning for the exact title to match to the movie on a later date, as he feels that all the 3 titles are emotionally exact for the movie.
