‘Kamal Haasan turned 55 today. Recently he completed 50 years in movies in India. He made his debut as a 6-year-old child artiste, in Kalathur Kannamma (1960), he is still going strong as an old war horse. Considered as one of the finest actors to have graced the Indian cinema screen, he is known as a method actor and is known to realistically portray character.
